FAME Marriage Ministry IS:

  • Empowering and equipping married couples using relationship-building workshops from a biblical perspective.
  • An opportunity to fellowship with other married couples at movie events, Sunday brunches, house gatherings church functions and other outings.
  • Men being better husbands and women being better wives.

FAME Marriage Ministry is NOT:

  • A counseling session where facilitators of the FAME Marriage Ministry give their opinions on what you are doing right or wrong in your marriage.
  • A coercive setting where you must divulge your personal information regarding your marriage.

Purpose/Mission:

1. To emphasize the importance of marriage as it is ordained by God and promote the sacredness of marriage to the congregation.

2. To empower and equip couples using biblical truths to strengthen them as a couple and individual.

3. Encouraging couples to remain steadfast in prayer and intercession.

4. To promote Christ centered marriages.

5. To supplement our Pastor's efforts to enhance and enrich marriages.

Goal/Vision:

• To increase the FAME Marriage Ministry by 10 couples by June 2012

• To grow to 30 couples by December 2012
